Abogados Panamá Online (hereinafter, "the Platform") is a service connecting individuals with independent lawyers and legal professionals. We are not a law firm. This policy describes how information collected through our website and forms is handled.

When completing the contact form, we collect the following information voluntarily provided by the user:
- Full name
- WhatsApp / phone number
- Email address
- Type of legal inquiry indicated
- Province or geographic location
- Urgency level indicated
- Brief description of the situation
- Explicit authorization to contact and to share information with the network
We may also automatically collect URL campaign parameters (UTMs), the referring page, and the date and time of the request. We do not collect payment information, identity documents, or banking information through the form.
2. Purpose of processing
The information is used exclusively to:
- Record and classify the request by legal area
- Identify an independent legal professional from the network who may evaluate the matter
- Contact the user using the details provided
- Follow up on the request until initial contact is facilitated
3. Storage and tools
Data is stored in a management system (CRM) used internally by the Platform. Access is restricted to authorized administrative personnel. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the described service.
4. Sharing information with professionals
With the user's explicit authorization, the request information may be shared with one or more independent lawyers or legal professionals in the network, solely for the purpose of evaluating whether they can assist the user. These professionals operate independently and are subject to their own professional confidentiality obligations under applicable rules in the Republic of Panama.
The Platform may maintain commercial agreements with some professionals in the network. This text is subject to legal review before final publication.
5. Contact channels used
Once the request has been received and reviewed, the Platform or the professional may contact the user via WhatsApp, phone call, or email using the details provided in the form.
6. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship
Submitting the form and receiving the request does not in itself constitute or create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship can only be established subsequently and directly between the user and the independent professional who agrees to evaluate or handle the matter.
7. Data retention
