Once the request has been received and reviewed, the Platform or the professional may contact the user via WhatsApp, phone call, or email using the details provided in the form.

Submitting the form and receiving the request does not in itself constitute or create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship can only be established subsequently and directly between the user and the independent professional who agrees to evaluate or handle the matter.
